I thought I was applying for a Sr Developer role, but halfway through the interview, I found out it was actually for a Spring Architect position. The interviewer seemed unhappy with my answers, even when I got them right. They ended the interview early because of a somewhat hostile tone. The developers there seem stuck in old ways of thinking, which will probably hurt their productivity. The whole interview felt like a waste of time, and the people there focus too much on tiny details. It's likely a hit-or-miss situation; they don't seem interested in new ideas, which might work for them.

Did 3 interviews over zoom. The first was with a recruiter, the second with a manager, and the third with the owner. They really want to get to know you and your background rather than just asking a bunch of interview questions like most places. It was a casual conversation.

The interview process is straightforward and can be completed quickly if you respond promptly. It includes a few steps like a WiFi speed test, an interview with the VP of sales, a sales agent assessment, and an aptitude test. The team is responsive throughout.
