First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LifePro Financial Services.
Administrative Assistant
The whole thing took about half an hour. You'll need to fill out a paper application and then chat with some mid-level staff. Just a heads up, the company is pretty homogenous and they seem to have a specific look they're going for.
- What led you to Lifepro?
- What's your motivation for wanting to join us?
- Could you share some details about your previous work?
Marketing Coordinator
The entire process was super long - there were 4 interviews in total. It started with a phone screen, then an interview with 4 employees, then a 3-hour working interview, and finally a leadership interview. I finished the last interview and was told I'd hear back in a few days. A week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. They told me they had decided to eliminate the job altogether. They never notified me or contacted me, even though I went through a months-long interview process. I thought this was really disrespectful and inconsiderate.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Marketing Coordinator
There were 3 interviews. The first one was with the team I was applying to join. Then I had interviews with VPs, and finally with the CEO and President. After each interview, they would call the staffing agency I was working with to tell them how I did.
- Tell me about your weaknesses.
- What are your strengths?
