First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LifePath Systems.
Executive Assistant
The initial phone call was mainly to check if my background matched the job requirements and to confirm my salary expectations.
- What skills do you possess that would benefit our team?
Supported Employment Specialist
The interview process was easy and fast, and it was great! I met with an admin and a supervisor, and they were both very nice. The questions they asked were reasonable, and it seemed like they appreciated my honesty. They inquired about my educational and work background.
- Describe how you would assist an individual with a specific situation (xyz).
- What is your educational background?
- What work experience do you have?
QMHP
Applied, and two weeks later, I was contacted for an interview. When I arrived on time for my interview, I had to wait for half an hour before being interviewed. The interviewers were friendly and welcoming, but they didn't acknowledge the delay. I was told I'd hear back within the week, but I never did. - What do you like about working with people?
Employment Specialist
I sent in an online application and then got an email to schedule a virtual meeting with HR and the hiring manager. They told me about what the job is like day-to-day and let me ask questions. They said they'd get back to me in about 10 business days.
