Processing Technician
The interview process was very nice and thorough. I was nervous at first but the supervisor made me feel very comfortable. They asked a series of questions that I found fair to the position and were honest about what they were looking for in that role.
- Why did you choose to work at Lifenet?
Lab Assistant
I got reached out to by a temp agency, and they arranged the interview. I chatted with them for about 45 minutes, and by the end of that same day, they let me know I got the job.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What kind of job are you hoping to find?
- How do you think your past experience would be a good fit for our company?
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a phone call with one of the hiring managers. Then, I had to do a video interview, which felt a bit weird talking to the camera, but it was generally easy. There were about 5 questions in total.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Bio Implant Specialist
The interview process was poor. It started with an automatic 47-minute virtual interview where questions appeared on screen with a time limit to answer. The second round involved a meeting with the hiring manager. The third was a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager as well. Finally, there was a meeting with the business director. After the initial interview and meeting the manager, he said he'd move me to the next round, but then told his recruiter not to. I tried to follow up for feedback, but got no response.
- Can you describe your performance over the last five years and how you performed compared to your colleagues?
