First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LifeMoves.
Specialist
This job involved 2 rounds of interviews, both conducted in person. The first round was a general interview applicable to everyone, followed by a second onsite interview. Many questions were asked in the first round, but they were manageable and all pertinent to the role.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Maintenance Specialist
The in person interview process was very direct and to the point. They gave me a lot of info about the company and the job itself. I was asked about how to turn over a unit, the maintenance process, and my goals.
- How do you go about turning over a unit?
Case Manager
The interview was very casual, held in a small office with two managers. I was interviewed for two positions simultaneously. The questions were straightforward, based on common sense, and I was given ample time to respond. The interview felt more like a relaxed conversation than a formal evaluation, which was quite comfortable.
- Could you identify the primary cause of homelessness?
Marketing
The recruiter seemed more interested in getting intel about my company than assessing my fit for the role. It felt like a wasted effort given the prep I put in.
- Can you tell me about how things are done in your organization?
