Entry Difficult Negative experience No offer

I met the requirements but did not get an interview. The application questions need to be updated to include real-world questions. Questions that are already clearly answered on the CV or that should be addressed in an interview are the first entries on the application. It gives the impression that the person who created the application questions lacks actual corporate recruitment experience. I understand vetting applicants, but this seems lazy.

I applied online and got a call the next day to schedule an interview for the following Monday. I went to the interview, and the interviewer was very positive about the job. However, I never heard back from them after that, despite numerous follow-up emails and calls. I later learned through casual conversation that they had hired someone internally. While I understand that happens, it was disappointing to be completely ignored.

You might have face-to-face interviews, especially if you're local, but most interviews are virtual. The hiring process can take a bit of time, but it's worth it if you're a good fit for the role. It's a pleasant experience overall if you have the right background.
