Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LifeGift.
Donation Recovery Specialist
First HR interviews, then a panel of leadership team members. A peer interview is the last step. The whole thing takes around 30 days. It's a really nice process overall.
- Can you share a personal experience that relates to the organization's donation process?
Tissue Donation Specialist
I sent in my application online, and then it took a couple of months before they called me back. After that, there was a 3-person panel interview with the director, manager, and trainer. Then, there was a 3-day corporate orientation.
- Is your spouse the jealous type?
- Are you prepared for long work hours, potentially including overnight stays?
Family Care Specialist
I applied on Indeed and had an employee referral. The interview process involved a 10-minute phone call, followed by a 1-hour live video interview, and then a 45-minute live peer interview. It was a pleasant experience overall, and the panel was very friendly.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
