HR reached out and we scheduled an on-site interview. I first met with HR, who shared details about the role, the company, and benefits. They also asked a few basic questions. Then, I had a panel interview with my potential teammates in a conference room. They asked me about my past experiences, previous jobs, potential situations, and behavioral tendencies. The whole thing took about an hour.

Got contacted by a recruiter for the position. Had an interview in a week. Interviewed by the manager and the senior Chemist. The interview process was easy and the questions were based on career goals and previous experiences. Was offered a contract position, started as a temp employee and got hired on full time.
