First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LifeCare.
Adult Care Specialist
I took an online personality test and then had an in-person interview. I had applied a year ago and they reached out unexpectedly for this interview.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Researcher
first there was a phone call that lasted about half an hour. then I had an onsite interview with both the training manager and the department manager. after that was done, I did a writing assessment and then had a quick chat with HR.
- Tell me about a mistake you made and how you corrected it.
Marketing
The interviews all happened in a single day, which was great for saving time for everyone involved. The whole process felt organized. Most of the interview times felt right, though one chat could have been a bit longer. I enjoyed meeting everyone, and they all seemed to know a lot about the company and the industry, and really focused on growing the business.
- They asked questions that were relevant to the job I was interviewing for, and I felt prepared for them.
Parenting and Education Specialist
So there were two interviews total. The first one was with a manager and then I had to do a short writing thing. The second interview was like a group thing with a few different managers. No curveballs, just normal stuff. This was before Covid though, so maybe it's changed now that it's remote.
- Can you share an instance where you resolved a workplace conflict?
