The interview process was pretty positive and met my expectations for a senior product designer role. It kicked off with a technical recruiting screen, and the recruiting/talent team was really kind and attentive throughout. Next, there was a manager screen, followed by a panel interview where I discussed case studies and answered questions. The final stage involved a series of cross-functional interviews with design, engineering, and product management. The product/design team was friendly and personable, making the interview feel casual yet rigorous in its technical questioning. I ended up getting an offer and accepted.

The interview was great. I had a couple of phone chats with the Head of Design. It was really conversational, mostly talking about design, process, and the organization. I liked how open and passionate they were, which seemed to be a theme with everyone. I also went over my portfolio and previous roles. Then, they flew me to SF for interviews with several people, including the CEO. Everyone was nice, the conversations felt natural, and there weren't any strange questions. I learned a lot about the company's current situation (which was good), their plans, technical challenges, and where they need help. It was all really interesting, and I got an offer soon after.
