They were very forth coming about the pros and cons about working there. It wasn't an interview that was about disqualifying the candidate- it was about finding synergy, It was relaxing actually. Which is, what I later found out, one of the best parts of the college. It is a hard working place- but people really love their work and the people are awesome. People, in general, support one another towards success. That is why I plan to stay a lot longer than I thought. I figured a year or two-- however I can see this as being more long term now.
