Had a first call with the recruiter, then a few rounds with the manager, some engineers, and finally the CTO. Each round had questions about specific tech with deep dives or questions about the whole development process. They also asked about my work history and specific projects related to the role.

So the interview process had a few steps. I first talked to a recruiter on the phone. If I passed that, I was then directed to an on-site interview. They had me scan and shadow for some of their work day. Since it's a mobile company, they had me go to my closest location. After I passed that, I had a final interview with upper management and got the offer about a week later.

The interview process involved two phone interviews, followed by an in-person meeting with the team. The initial call was with a recruiter, and the subsequent phone interview was with upper management. The in-person interview is your chance to meet the team and see if you'd be a good fit. You'll get to observe their daily tasks and how operations are managed. It wasn't a super tough process. They want to see that you can be a team player and handle unexpected situations. Everyone I met was really nice and quite open about the day-to-day realities of the job.

The interview was pretty standard. They told me about the job and the company. Then they asked about my experience and wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into. They mentioned that the company pays $18 for screenings and $10 for travel time. If you work 8 hours and travel 4, that's an average of $15.30. This is 45% less than the local average pay of $34 for a Sonographer with RDMS & RVT credentials. There's also a chance to make an extra $50-$300 a month from commissions for upselling screenings to patients.
