I went through three rounds of interviews, finishing with a final interview with the CSO. The process was pretty straightforward, but I never heard back even after asking about the status a few weeks later. If you don't hear anything back, you might want to keep looking at other roles.

I applied twice. The first recruiter was really rude and hung up when I told her my salary expectations. The second recruiter was nicer via email but didn't let me know if I was moving forward or not. The interview process is pretty basic: first a recruiter call, then a Teams interview with the hiring managers. If they don't want you, they just leave you hanging. I interviewed with three managers who seemed unprepared and unprofessional, with lots of awkward silences. I ended up asking most of the questions. The job hours were 1:30p-10p and pay was $25-27/hr. I'm glad it didn't work out, especially after reading the negative Glassdoor reviews.

The process included a phone interview, an in-person meeting at the local site, and potentially a video chat with someone remotely. There was also a shadowing component with current high-rated employees at the local facility.

So the interview process involved a lot of questions about anatomy and physiology, they really wanted to see if I understood how supplements work. There was also a written test that covered supplements and nutrition basics. They also asked about FDA compliance, which I wasn't too familiar with, but they mentioned they offer good training for that.
