It was a really straightforward interview. The interviewer was super friendly and genuinely wanted me to do well. They're looking for someone with the right education and who's just a decent person, and if you fit that, you'll be good to go.

I saw the job ad in the paper for a Driver. I went to the office and filled out an application. The office manager called me a few days later to schedule the interview. When I got there, I was greeted nicely and met with the operations manager. He went over my application and asked why I left each of my past jobs. The conversation was friendly and professional. He mentioned a possible second interview. The office manager called me to set up the second interview. I met with the operations manager again. He told me more about the company and showed me around briefly. They then offered me the job at $8.50/hr.

I started with an online assessment, then had a 2-hour computer assessment in person. After that, I had an in-person interview with two women that felt like an interrogation. They asked basic questions and then six behavioral questions where I had to give examples of specific events, explain how I handled them, and describe the outcome.
