First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Life Care Centers of America.
Certified Nursing Assistant
It was really quick and painless. I got hired on the same day as the interview. The only thing is that sometimes waiting on the background and drug test can take a couple of weeks. The HR person made me feel wanted and comfortable, unlike another place I interviewed at.
- How soon can you start working?
Certified Nursing Assistant
The interview process at Life Care was pretty chill and straightforward. We mostly talked about my previous jobs and the skills I could bring to the table. They also asked about my availability and schedule to see if it worked with their needs. We went over the benefits they offer, which they explained clearly, and then they gave me a tour of the place so I could get a feel for the environment and the team. Overall, it felt laid back and informative.
- Tell me about your experience as a CNA and how long you've been working as one.
Receptionist
It was a very straightforward interview, lasting about 20-30 minutes. They asked some simple questions about managing multiple tasks, my customer service background, and a brief personal summary. I also got a tour of the place.
- How would you maintain confidentiality?
- Can you tell me about your experience, particularly in customer service?
- Please provide a brief summary of yourself.
Registered Nurse
DON gave a really open and friendly interview. They were super welcoming and let me talk about my objectives and goals. They didn't ask a ton of questions, preferring to let me speak. They were really focused on seeing if I'd be a good fit for their community-based setting. It felt like a very fair interview.
- What is your capacity for managing 20 patients?
- Could you list the software programs you know?
- How many years have you worked at the bedside?
