I got this interview through Consilio Staffing. It was a panel of three people from a department of four. I feel like the job title doesn't really describe what they were looking for.

Scheduling the interview with the paralegal manager was easy because she was flexible with my availability. The interview took around 45 minutes and involved more than one person from the firm.

I applied online to the firm and then didn't hear back for a few weeks. Before I applied, I'd also connected with a few attorneys to get a better feel for the firm. They called me in for a callback and I interviewed with 4 attorneys: 3 associates and 1 partner. The partner was the last person I spoke with. Everyone was really really friendly and I didn't feel at all like I was under any kind of pressure. Pretty much as soon as I finished interviewing I knew that I'd accept an offer if they gave me one. I waited a few more weeks before LCHB got back to me with an offer.

The interview felt like a high-volume process; I waited about five minutes for my turn, and saw two other candidates waiting as I left. The interviewer's desk had a substantial stack of resumes. I had a one-on-one with my potential manager who asked about my background and skills. All staff I encountered, including the receptionist, were polite.
