Client Service Manager
Walkthrough of prior work experience and critique of prior managers with direct supervisor. 2 rounds, 1 with HR and one with management. Very direct interview and pretty straightforward. HR questions more traditional, questions with management more related to professional summary.
- Can you discuss your previous job experiences and the managers you've had, detailing what you appreciated and disliked about each?
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was quite challenging! I had to complete a 6-hour coding assessment which was actual work, confirmed by an engineer who reviewed my code. While it wasn't overly difficult, it felt like unpaid labor. It would have been better to be upfront about this. Otherwise, the rest of the process was pretty standard, and I enjoyed interacting with the team.
- What are some personality-based questions they asked?
- Were there any other questions besides personality questions?
Human Resources Generalist
Got an email for an interview, then a phone call about my personality. It was with the recruiter, but I felt like it should have been with the hiring manager for ethical reasons considering the role.
- What's something you dislike about HR?
Software Support Trainer
It was a really thorough and tough interview process, they left no stone unturned. I did get the job in the end, but only after they checked out all my references and they were all good.
- Can you tell us about yourself and how you found out about liberty?
