First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Liberty Resources.
Social Worker
Started with a phone interview, then had two in-person interviews. Mine were actually virtual and there were a few people interviewing me. Felt like the interview was a two-way street, which was pretty cool.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career as a school social worker?
Healthcare Assistant
The communication was really bad. They missed our scheduled appointment twice. They also set up a second interview where they asked the exact same questions as the first interview. The whole process took months, and I'm not sure if they lost my first interview answers, which is why they didn't ask new questions for the second one. I wasn't told beforehand that it would just be a repeat of the first interview.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Manager
So first I had a phone interview, it was pretty basic, just to screen me. Then I went to the main office for the next step. The office and the people there were really professional and nice. I talked to two supervisors. They asked me about my past work experience and why I wanted this job. I've heard good things about this place.
- Could you tell me about your previous employment?
- Tell us about your previous employment.
Receptionist
Their Human Resources Dept. checked out every detail on my resume including references, High school records, and past employers. For the final interview you will meet with a large panel, 4-6 people. They are nice but all ask several questions and you should expect to be there up to 2 hours.
- Tell me about your experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
