First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Liberty IT Solutions.
Solutions Engineer
The interview process was very well rounded and covered a lot of technical aspects, focusing on what I can do and have done. It wasn't overwhelming, but preparation is key! I did have to wait about two months for the first interview, which I'm not sure if that's standard. I haven't heard back since it's been a month.
- Could you describe the systems you've worked with?
Software Engineer
The interview process was really friendly and positive. I started with an HR chat where they answered my questions about the company. Then, I met with people from the Educational team, including someone in the same role I applied for and the supervisor for the position. After that, I had another meeting with that same supervisor to go over the project and job details and just to get to know each other better. They would extend an offer after this if it seemed like a good fit.
- Can you provide examples of your experience from your current and prior roles?
Project Manager
I was first contacted by HR for a 30-minute chat, which was great. Then, I set up an interview with the Department head, which also went well. The people were really nice and the interview was a bit informal, which helped me relax.
- Could you walk me through your career history?
