Had a phone interview with the recruiter first. Then the hiring manager called me for an interview. After that, I had an in-person interview with the team. Five team members interviewed me. The first two team members asked all technical questions, and then the other three team members also asked technical questions.

It's a two-step process. First, you'll have a phone interview, about an hour long. If that goes well, you'll come onsite for a panel interview with the Software Development managers and two lead developers. You'll also take the Wonderlic test and a personality test. Don't worry too much about the Wonderlic; it's just high school level math word problems.

I had to study for this test called the Wonderlic before I came in. When I got to the office, I was given two chances to take it, and they said they'd use my best score. After that, I talked to two people who asked standard questions and checked how much I knew about the industry.

there was a test before the interview, but the atmosphere was very relaxed. First, you meet with HR, then you take the test, then you meet with the manager(s), and then you have the interview. If they like you and you're a good fit, you'll get the job; otherwise, it's a nice, clean departure without any biases.
