First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Liberty Consulting and Management.
Sales Representative
Getting the interview was easy, but they made it a bit complicated to set up the second interview. They want to see your work history and are looking for competitive people. They mentioned they work a lot with Verizon.
- Give me one reason why you think you should be hired for this role.
Sales Associate
The first part was a group interview, lasting about 5-10 minutes. The second round was a bit disorganized because I initially didn't get the Zoom link, but they sent it later. The two people interviewing me were really nice.
- Do you have prior sales experience?
Account Manager
I had a virtual interview and then an in-person one. They discussed the role and the company's objectives. It seemed like a sales-focused position, which wasn't ideal for me.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and how you see yourself fitting into our company?
- What are your strengths and how do you think you'd be a good fit here?
Community Support Specialist
Unexpected group interview. The job itself also didn't seem like what I applied for; they are actually looking for someone to do marketing and sales, which I'm not interested in. I wish I had checked glassdoor before my interview, then I wouldn't have stressed preparing for what I thought would be a one-on-one meeting and could have slept in. The dishonesty is disrespectful and I feel like my time was massively wasted.
- Are you looking for full-time or part-time work?
- Is it possible for you to start right away?
- Tell me a fun fact about yourself.
