First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico.
Area Manager
The interview was very professional, and the interviewer was prepared and spoke clearly. It lasted about 45 minutes. They gave me a chance to ask questions about the job. You could tell the interviewer was passionate about their work and enjoyed working for the Company. The questions were focused on finding passionate and committed leaders.
- What would you do about an employee who isn't performing well?
- Describe the toughest situation you had with an employee and how you handled it.
Customer Service Representative
The manager made me feel really comfortable during the interview. They asked good questions to make sure I was the right fit. It was a really comfortable place to interview with a great boss.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations or put in extra effort?
Staff Attorney
It was horrible. After 4 rounds of interviews and being told I was the person for the job, they never gave me an offer. I reached out and nothing. Very unprofessional. And the pay was way below market.
