Got a call for a preemployment assessment, which was half health insurance knowledge and half excel. The excel part was done right in the program and was fun. Then, I had an interview that same day, though usually they call you back based on scores. In this interview, I first met with three team leads who were friendly and asked standard questions. Right after, I met with two managers who asked more personalized questions about my background. I was called back the next business day for a second interview with one guy, which was pretty intimidating and really focused on the negative aspects of my resume. Got an offer an hour after that interview.

First up was a phone screen with HR, mostly asking about my background skills and what salary I was looking for. They set me up for an on-site right after. The on-site involved a panel of hiring managers and engineers, and they mostly asked about my past projects and experience. There were no technical questions at all. This interview lasted about an hour. A few days later, I got a call for a second on-site interview with a different panel, who seemed to be team members. The questions were very similar to the first interview.

I got an email from HR for a phone screening. I accepted the date and time, but she didn't call. After I followed up, she said she forgot and rescheduled. I didn't get an email invitation for the onsite interview, so I emailed her about it. She replied saying she didn't have any record of speaking with me. I then called her, explained the situation with the date and time, and she apologized again and asked me to come in person (still no email). I went to the interview anyway. The hiring manager was nice, and the interview was pretty good and organized.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Only SQL questions were asked.

First, I spoke with the hiring manager about my general skills. Then, there was a second interview where I had to answer technical questions about testing methodology and techniques. The third interview was an on-site with 4 people, usually testers and the team lead. The interview process is for a specific group, and if it doesn't work out with that group, you can interview for another.
