UX Designer
A recruiter from the company reached out to me on LinkedIn. After they decided my resume was a good fit, I went through several interviews. I spoke with people who work in roles related to the one I applied for, including individual contributors, managers, and directors.
- Can you tell me about your experience in the EdTech industry?
Principal Software Engineer
I got referred by a recruiter and the whole thing took about a week. It started with an HR phone screen, then a technical phone screen. After that, I went to their Arsenal Office for a face-to-face interview. They knew my salary needs from the start. I spent about 5 hours in one room talking to 6 people, including the HR person. In the end, they offered me only 105-110K, which is less than I make now and 20K less than another offer. I don't think they understand how much senior developers make in this market. Save your time.
- How would you go about building a multi-tenant SaaS system?
Support Engineer
The interview process was really quick, with 4 rounds total. It included a couple of technical rounds and a telephone screening. Overall, the entire process was very fast and short, with interviews from 4 different people. There were 2 technical rounds and 2 personal interviews. They also had 1 HR round where they explained the whole process and introduced the company. The whole thing wrapped up in one week, involving one onsite interview and one telephonic interview. I got the offer letter in about 10 days.
- What makes you want to change your current job?
- Can you give a general description of the job?
- Do you have any technical questions?
Customer Service Manager
I'm approaching my three-year work anniversary with this company. When I was interviewed for my current role back in October 2020, I went through four and a half rounds of interviews. I feel like that shows the company really wants to hire the right person. I'm really happy to have been part of this company for almost 3 years now.
- Can you share your experience managing employees?
- What's your background in leading other people leaders?
