Digital Brand Strategy & Analytics Lead
I applied online and then got an email quickly to schedule a recruiter call. The call was short, and we just went over my background and resume.
- Can you walk me through your background and past roles?
Billing Associate
The interviewer was great, giving me time to ask my own questions. They even took time to explain areas for improvement. The conversation felt welcoming and informative. The job description was also explained in detail.

Marketing
I applied online and then got an email pretty quickly to schedule a phone interview with HR. It went well, and they said they'd be in touch "very soon" about an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I sent a follow-up email thanking them and saying I was still interested. But that was two months ago and I haven't heard back. It's a bummer because they really said they'd be in touch soon.
- Can you tell me about a time you handled conflict?
- Describe your process for setting up new processes.
Human Resources
The recruiter was organized and helpful, representing the company well. The first interview was a phone call, and then there was an in-person interview. It was pretty informal, and they didn't even do formal introductions at the start of the in-person meeting. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you tell me what you're seeking in your next position?
