Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was the most intense I have been on ever. You have to be screened even before the principals will talk to you. Once your in the district its very simple. This school district was very disappointing to me. There are parts of LISD that are good like Flower Mound Area.

So first, I had a screening interview with District HR. Then, I had an interview with the school’s principal and the grade level team. The screening interview was more of an overview of education and the school, and the second interview was more in depth.
