First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Levy.
Operations Partner
First I talked to a recruiter, then I met with my would-be lead. After that, there was supposed to be a meeting with the CEO, and then a Q&A with someone who already has the role.
- Rank these 15 tasks, and then outline the initial 3 actions you'd take for the first 7 tasks.
Analyst Intern
It was a standard interview process, starting with an initial interview and then a second round panel interview. They made a hiring decision within a week, and I started a couple weeks after that.
- Describe a situation where you worked with a significant amount of data.
Bartender
The interview process was simple and straightforward, starting with a phone interview. I was asked standard questions, and overall, it was a positive experience. I'd suggest this process for anyone aiming to be a gameday bartender or suite attendant.
- Can you share a bit about your background?
Concession Stand Supervisor
It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked standard interview questions like how I'd handle pressure. They're looking for people who are confident, energetic, and can think fast. Dress business professional, not casual. If you're going for a leadership role, you gotta look the part. I dressed professionally and the interviewer said that was a reason he hired me. Bring a resume!
- How would you approach leading a team of individuals who have never met you before?
