The interview was more casual than other co-op/internship interviews. The web team created a really friendly, conversational atmosphere. They asked about my experience with CMS platforms and things on my resume.

Communication about meeting times and locations was clear. It took a while to get an interview. I then sat with three people who seemed to not want to be there. They didn't ask much besides 'tell us about yourself?' and avoided eye contact. They were apparently restructuring that part of the company, and it felt like I was interrupting them. During the panel interview, the boss' son interrupted for a five-minute chat. Later, I interviewed with a nicer, more organized manager. I didn't get the internship.

I found out about the internship through a former professor who knew some people at the Agency. I had to email them twice before I could get an interview set up. The interview itself was a traditional one-on-one chat, and it was pretty short, only about 20 minutes. Afterward, they gave me a quiz asking about important people in the news, like politicians and business figures. The interviewer stepped out while I did the quiz. I thought it went pretty well, but I never heard back from them.
