First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leviat.
Machine Operator
I walked into their office and asked for an interview. The manager met me on site and did the interview. After that, we took a quick tour. They use a temp agency.
- How did you learn about this position?
- What makes you interested in working here?
Product Applications Engineer
I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, and then a follow-up zoom interview with my potential direct supervisor. The first call was less technical, but the second one was more focused on my experience and skills, and they also took the time to explain the position in more detail. Nothing super specific or technical was asked.
- Would you be comfortable going with the sales team to technical meetings and answering questions as an engineer?
Project Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I made it almost to the end. The first stage was a brief 15-20 minute chat, and then the second stage involved going to the actual job site for a discussion and interview, since the role is based there.
- Can you tell me about your experience with automation and robotics?
Architectural Designer
I had an interview in the morning. When I got there, I met the interviewer at the reception and then went to a room where I met some team members. They asked me typical questions. After about an hour, I was taken back to reception.
- Tell me about yourself.
