First, the HR team looks at your CV to see if your experience and skills align with the job. If your profile looks good, you'll proceed to the next step: an Initial HR call combined with a Technical Interview. During this call, HR will chat about the company culture, perks, and what the role involves. Meanwhile, an Ariba technical specialist will dive into your experience, past responsibilities, and the functionalities you've used. You'll get feedback within a week.

It was pleasant, they called first, but I'd ask next time to send an email, cause I can't pick up the phone sometimes. The technical interview had one hr and one dev, they asked questions about html, css structure, js, and react in the end.

  • Could you explain HTML structure?
  • What is CSS specificity?

Technical Coding

It was a really strange interview process. It was done through a Webex meeting, but there was no scheduled time or actual call. You just had to add an email address to the Webex account, and then an AI would ask questions. It kept asking the same questions over and over. It didn't answer any questions I asked or give any info about the job, role, or anything basic. Once it finished a set of technical questions, it would start the whole thing over again. It was a very weird process and felt like a scam, not a real interview.

Confirmed questions7 questions
  • Can you explain your background with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and detail a project where you used them? What obstacles did you encounter, and how did you resolve them?
  • How do you approach automating infrastructure setup and configuration? Could you describe a time you used tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for infrastructure automation and the advantages it provided?
  • What steps do you take to secure a CI/CD pipeline in a DevOps setting? Share your experience with implementing pipeline security and how you manage secrets safely during deployment.
