First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lever Interactive.
Graphic Designer
The interview process was unusual. The HR representative was primarily focused on salary expectations and aimed to offer a very low compensation. The hiring manager appeared quite young and junior. When feedback was requested, none was provided. It might not have been worth applying in retrospect.
- In order of importance, name these four things: salary, upward mobility, recognition, and stability.
Account Manager
The whole thing took about a week. Started with a phone interview, then an in-person one. I met with two Account Managers and the Marketing Manager. They were all pretty friendly and asked a lot of questions.
- Can you tell me about your experience with SEO?
Digital Media Intern
I went through 4 rounds of interviews. The people I spoke with were all very nice, and the media directors asked some situational questions while keeping the conversation casual.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Search Engine Marketing Strategist
