First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Levelwing.
Account Team
It was a really good interview process. The HR recruiter was very smart, asked great questions, and knew a lot about the company. I've done a lot of interviews, and normally the HR recruiter tells me they can't answer my detailed questions. But he knew all about the clients, and the work, which was impressive. Levelwing wants to make sure the fit is right for both sides-- not just them or not just me. I appreciate the depth of the interview process, as well as their transparency throughout.
- What characteristics set you apart?
Social Media Analyst
I applied through Glassdoor and they quickly scheduled a phone interview. They mentioned a potential in-person interview, but I instead received an email stating they chose a candidate more qualified for their needs and encouraged me to apply for other roles. I asked for feedback on why my application wasn't selected, but received no reply. Although they encouraged me to apply for another position, I also heard nothing back. It's confusing because Glassdoor still shows "Levelwing is hiring for Social Media Account Analyst" daily, suggesting they aren't actually hiring for the role and it's a waste of time. This shows the company doesn't seem to care.
- Which courses from your degree did you like the most?
- Which courses from your degree did you like the least?
Digital Media Account Analyst
I applied on their website and had a phone interview within a week. The initial phone call was to gauge my understanding of digital media. If I passed that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office. This interview involved meeting with three people in a conference room for an hour, with each person interviewing me. They were really looking for someone who would fit in with the company culture and could handle stress and long hours.
- How do you handle stress?
- Tell me about a time you used past data to improve a digital media campaign.
- Where do you see yourself in terms of promotion?
Digital Media Account Analyst
I applied on Indeed and got an email about my application. They wanted to interview me, so I suggested a time, and they called as planned. It was just one interview, after which they said they'd keep my resume but were moving forward with someone else.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- How do you maintain organization in your work?
- What are your strategies for dealing with stress?
