The whole process was pretty long, but it was a good experience overall. There were 5 distinct stages. It started with the hiring manager reaching out to me. After that, I went through an HR interview. Then came a case study interview, followed by another interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I had the chance to meet with C-level executives at the company.

Behavioral Technical Coding

They emailed me after I applied on LinkedIn to set up a phone interview. The call was simple and friendly, no issues. The recruiter asked about my experience and what motivates me. Then, we arranged a task that takes about 6 hours to complete. Make sure you set aside time for it and coordinate when they send it, because it expires in 96 hours. After that, 5 days later, I got feedback that I was rejected. They were considerate enough to give detailed feedback on the task. The corrections were very demanding, which is fair and understandable, but in my opinion, a bit much.

Most of them are about 30 minutes, but the second interview is an hour long because it includes 2 exercises or practical tests. The whole thing took about a month, with an interview happening each week with a different person.
