First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Les Petits Chaperons Rouges.
Marketing Assistant
It was just a zoom interview, a classic interview. The questions were about my previous internships and my skills, as well as what I wanted to do in this internship and what I hoped to learn. No need to show a portfolio. Nothing to complain about.
- What makes a good leader in your opinion?
Recruitment Manager
It was a long process lasting several months: - A phone interview in June with the HR person in charge - Two video interviews in early September with the colleague to be replaced and the manager. - An in-person interview at the end of September with the HR Director - A negative response in early October
- What are your limits when faced with deviant behavior in a company?
- How do you react to that?
- If I told you 'you start on Monday', how would you go about approaching the team you would have to manage (8 people from junior to confirmed profile)?
Buyer
The process was simple, the teams are very friendly. First, an HR interview, then an operational interview with purchasing. The first interview asked normal questions about motivations and expectations, then an interview about the job missions and the description.
- Why did you choose this company?
Auxiliaire petite enfance volante
