The process was presented as short, but there was a lack of feedback and clarity after a very disappointing interview. I had a first interview, then a second with the department manager who told me it was a done deal. However, after several weeks of follow-up, there was no response, which I find disappointing and unprofessional.

The interview was with multiple candidates and 2 recruiters who were heads of their departments. There was a joint meeting with information about the positions, and we could ask general questions. Then there was an interview with each recruiter. The questions were not easy, so you need to be well-prepared. You won't have to wait days for the answer; they give you the final decision on the spot, after the interview.

It was a very long process with 4 interviews over 3 months with 4 different people. Otherwise, it's a great company, nothing to complain about, and interesting benefits if you plan to stay long-term, especially the savings plan.
