It was a one-on-one interview, with well-crafted questions, prepared recruiters, and questions really focused on the company's objective. It took place in Belo Horizonte with about 8 candidates. This was after a long journey of online tests, video calls, and group dynamics.

The process is quite lengthy, they advertise openings and the response is very burdensome. When they do get in touch for an interview, it's quicker. First, there was a phone call with the recruitment team, then a video interview also with the same team, and then an interview with the manager, where I ended up declining the process. I'd like to mention in this review that the LinkedIn recruitment team promotes themselves as a hiring team, but when you message them, they don't respond! I asked several questions and I answered, but when I asked something, the person viewed it and didn't reply, this happened a few times. I found it inconsiderate towards the candidate through that platform and this needs to be reviewed, for this reason, the Talent Acquisition team at Leroy Merlin Regional SP on LinkedIn didn't give me confidence in the company.

The first interview stage was a group dynamic. There were 8 participants, split into two groups of 4. We had 5 minutes for personal introductions and a problem-solving task for group presentation. The second stage was a regular in-person interview. The third stage involved visiting 6 competitor stores (even in other cities) to create a market analysis and SWOT analysis, followed by a PowerPoint presentation. I found this task quite extensive and decided to withdraw from the process at this stage.
