First, there was a phone call, and then I had an online interview with the project lead. They explained the job duties and work conditions, and asked me about my work background.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview experience with Leroy Merlin was not great. It was supposed to be one stage, but they tried to cram in everything usually split across three stages. It started in Spanish, then switched to English, then back to Spanish. They asked about my background, my motivation for joining them, and what I liked about the role. They also asked about how I handled challenges using the STAR method. Then, surprisingly, they went straight into a role-play where I had to act as if dealing with a client asking about delivery, how we'd work together, and payment details. I was caught off guard because I wasn't told to prepare for a role-play in the first interview. They mentioned there would be a recruiter interview, then a manager interview, and then two or three more after that. The interview went over the scheduled 45 minutes, lasting an hour. So, if you're really interested in this company, expect a process that takes weeks. They seem to want to put you under pressure right from the start instead of getting to know you and your abilities. I wouldn't accept an offer even if they made one.

Behavioral Case Other

I was contacted for a total of 5 interviews. The first two with HR and my potential supervisor gave me a good impression. However, the subsequent interviews felt very repetitive, covering the same topics and becoming quite boring. By the last interview, which was identical to the previous ones, I lost interest. I didn't receive an offer or a rejection, and I didn't feel the need to ask why since I was already considering another offer. The whole process gave me a poor impression of the company. Fortunately, they sent a survey where I could provide feedback, and I was quite constructive. My advice to those looking to join is to prepare at least 10 different case studies of work situations.
