First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LeRoy Haynes Center.
Therapist
I had an interview with a gentleman who asked me some questions and got to know me. Then he wanted me to meet with the clinical supervisor. So I went back for a second interview where the clinical director / social worker at the residential facility asked me some questions about how I'd feel working with children with behavioral issues. I never heard back from the agency after that, even after emailing and calling.
- What makes you want to work for LeRoy Haynes?
Therapist
It was an easy interview, and they asked the usual clinical questions to check my clinical abilities. We also went over some legal and ethical practices, and they gave me a chance to ask my own questions. The agency shared some examples of the roles and the different programs they have. It was good interview practice overall, a standard interview.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle issues with a colleague?
Teacher Aide
I had an interview with 4 people (3 interviewers and myself) in their office. It went really well, the staff were very nice and they explained a lot of the questions I had before the interview. It was pretty laid back, and I didn't have to answer a lot of difficult questions. They mostly just wanted to get to know me.
- Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
Commercial Manager
