First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys.
Case Manager Assistant
I had a conversation with the attorney I'd be working with. It felt more like a personal chat than a professional interview. I'm not sure about the process for other roles here or if HR handles interviews for other positions.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Case Manager
The interview was virtual and involved speaking with several managers. It was quite simple and only took about 15 minutes. I got an offer after just one interview.
- Could you describe a typical day in your current job?
Receptionist
Got a call back within a day or two of sending my resume. It was about 15 minutes, then they scheduled an in-person. The in-person was really laid-back, almost like a joke. They weren't into boring questions, just wanted to have a good time. Heard back a few days after that.
- Tell me, what's your favorite movie?
- If you could be any animal, which one would it be?
Receptionist
It was a two round interview. The first initial screening from HR and then with the hiring manager. They'll ask questions about your experience and why you want to work at a law firm. They'll also throw in a couple of questions to get to know you as a person as well. (Hobbies, likes, etc.)
- How would you handle challenging client interactions?
