Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leprino Foods.
Office Manager
First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour and a half at the corporate office in Denver. During the onsite, I met with HR, then did a panel interview with three people, and finally met with the manager.
- Were standard questions from a sheet asked?
Manager
The interview process was long, with a significant delay before hearing back, followed by a compressed schedule for all subsequent stages. It felt disorganized and rushed. It seemed like the candidate decision was made before the panel interview. The interviewers seemed disengaged, took minimal notes, and it felt like a waste of time. The lack of diversity on the panel and in the office environment was also noticeable.
- Can you share an example from your past experience?
Management Trainee
It was super unorganized. The whole thing took a day and I mostly just waited around for people to interview me. I talked to a bunch of people, but they didn't seem to have much time to prep. It was kind of a mess.
