First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leomhann Enterprises.
Sales Associate
I had two interviews. The first one was a pre-screening, but I'm not sure if this was normal... I had another person being interviewed with me. The person seemed over qualified for the job, so it made me feel a little intimidated. They made it seem super selective and then called me in for a second interview. In the second interview the same person that was interviewed with me was there again! It was pretty weird seeing him there again, Oh, did I mention this was on zoom? The interview felt like it was going good, the interviewer was alternating between us for each question.

Entry Level Position
It was honestly mostly laid back and you felt more comfortable talking to the interviewer. He seemed really professional but at the same time like he generally cared about the business and what it’s been like to work for this company. That kind of compassion you don’t see in people much anymore that have been working there for so long you only see that in people that have really good jobs and have a meaningful life because of it. I definitely cannot wait to start my Orentation and see what this company is all about and see if I have what it takes to push myself to the limits and make real money.
- They asked me generalized questions and asked about stuff you’d never expect and it throws you off but makes you more comfortable with the situation.
Marketing Assistant
So the interview process here has a few rounds, usually about 2-3 interviews total. All of them are done over Zoom, but they mentioned they use phone calls if Zoom is down because of Covid. My first interview was a phone call because my internet was acting up. It was mostly the usual interview questions, plus a couple that were meant to get a feel for how you think and what your personality is like. The second round was on Zoom with a manager and at least two other people, since there were a lot of applicants. In my case, there was another person there for training, mostly just observing. Honestly, the interviewer made it really chill and easygoing, which was nice. The questions were pretty straightforward, and the interviewer made sure we understood what the job and the company were all about. The only minor downside was that it took about an hour, but that was because there were so many people on the call and it was definitely worth the time. Overall, it was a really positive experience!

Corporate Trainer
The whole process is a mess. First, you get a call from someone to schedule your interview. They don't email you the info, they text it. So I had to email the Zoom link to myself to get on the call. Once I joined, I found out it was a group interview, which they never told me beforehand. The CEO was on the call but not on camera. Based on Glassdoor reviews, I saw someone in my group got kicked out. I can't help but think the CEO waits until everyone is on camera and then kicks people out based on looks if he doesn't like them, with no explanation. I was lucky enough to continue, and the interview itself was okay. After a few questions, they gave us a company presentation. This was unexpected, but now it makes sense. I applied for a Corporate Trainer role, which matches my background. The presentation was to convince us to become door-to-door sales reps for 2-4 weeks, then get promoted to corporate trainer. I felt like my time was wasted because if I'd known it was a sales position from the start, I wouldn't have applied. This company's dishonesty gives me the creeps.
- Tell me about a time you set a goal and achieved it.
