Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

I got a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn to start. First, there was a phone screen where we chatted about my current project and its scalability, plus some basic tech stuff. Then, I had two technical interviews. The first one was about data structures, algorithms, C#, and databases. The second technical one was a system design chat where I talked about an old project's architecture, and we also went deep on SQL optimization techniques like indexing, partitioning, and locks. The last step was a meeting with a manager to talk about what I've done before, my contributions, and some behavioral things.

Technical Coding

It was a neutral experience, not much DSA involved. It was more of a technical knowledge check focusing on the Fundamentals of Gen AI and NLP, covering everything from Chunking to Operational Challenges. A lot of the questions were pretty basic, and I wasn't really prepped for them. I was actually expecting more questions on LangGraph and coding.
