First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LEO Pharma.
Student Assistant
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, there was an HR screening, then I met with the hiring manager and a colleague, and finally, a director. I also heard that there might be a cognitive test. Everyone was really nice, and the vibe was pretty chill, so no need to be nervous.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Student Assistant
The interview process started with an initial online chat with HR, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager. It seemed like HR and the hiring manager didn't sync up beforehand on interview specifics, but they both handled it professionally.
- What motivates you?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Could you provide details about your past experience and how it relates to this job?
Intern
The process had 2 rounds with the hiring manager and an area specialist. Then there was another round with the hiring manager to discuss a personality test. The hiring managers were also there for the last round.
- What aspects of your past role did you dislike?
