First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LEO Pharma (US).
Vice President
I was interviewed a few times and met with several people. They said they'd get back to me after the last interview, but I never heard anything. The recruiter was silent.
- Can you walk me through your resume and experiences?
- Could you elaborate on your background?
Analyst
It began with a recruiter phone call, followed by an in-person meeting with the manager. The interview itself had straightforward questions, but the manager came across as overly self-assured and uninterested. Leo Pharma is a good fit if you like figuring things out alone, but if you want to learn and collaborate, look elsewhere. I sensed I wouldn't like the work environment during the interview and followed up with a polite thank you note.
- Can you tell me about your experience and background?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- What do you consider your strengths?
Vice President
A recruiter reached out to me and set up the interviews. We had two rounds of on-site interviews. The recruiter kept in touch between the interviews, giving me good feedback and checking in. After the second round, I never heard back from them or the company. It was a pretty unprofessional experience, to be honest, and they didn't even have the basic courtesy to follow up.
- Could you describe your past experiences?
- What are your strategies for handling specific challenges?
Manager
I was reached out by a recruiter who said they're looking for someone with technical skills and a potential to grow, which I found interesting since I was with a large Pharma company for ages and was looking for a role in a smaller Pharma company. I had a phone screen with the hiring manager and then proceeded to the next steps.
- Can you describe your job responsibilities?
- Can you tell me about your work style?
