Market Sector Leader
You'll start with a chat with local leadership, where they'll ask you some questions about the market sector and this position. It's pretty chill and conversational. Then, you'll meet with the next supervisor to make sure you're a good fit. If they like you, expect an offer soon.

Technology
Initial chat with the CTO, followed by a panel interview with internal tech folks. The interview process was well organized. The timeline stretched out, but it seemed like they were being really careful in their evaluation. It was all conversations, no actual tech tests. Overall, a good experience.
