The recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen, and we set it for the next week. I felt like it went well, but I didn't have a way to follow up since the only contact I had was this HR person's phone number. I waited to hear about any next steps, and it's been almost three weeks with no word. This week, I saw the job was reposted on LinkedIn. It would have been nice to get a heads-up that I wasn't moving forward, but being ghosted is really unprofessional. Avoid this company!

The interview process took about three months, which felt like a long time with all the back and forth to meet with different people. While everyone I met was really nice, the company took a while to make a hiring decision.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I had this interview for a social media role, and it was supposed to be 4 hours long, which felt super misleading. I ended up meeting with 4 different people, all higher up than me. Each interview was 45 minutes, and honestly, after about 30 minutes, it got kinda awkward because they'd run out of stuff to talk about. I thought it was going well though, since they made it clear I had the experience they wanted. The last part was with the CMO, which went fine and pretty fast. After that, she offered to show me around and introduce me to some people. But then the other person I interviewed with earlier stopped us and said it was a waste of time and she'd just walk me out. Talk about a slap in the face! I knew I wasted 4 hours, not to mention the 45 mins travel time each way. I sent two follow-up emails over two weeks and got no response. A month and a half later, they reposted the same job because no one was hired. Dodged a bullet there, honestly. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually sees your potential.
