Behavioral Presentation

The interview process spanned two days and was quite thorough, though fair. I spoke with my potential direct reports, peers, and important administrators, including the president. They covered lodging and meals, except for one dinner. Transportation was also taken care of. Overall, it was a really good experience, even though one administrator didn't end up showing up for some reason.
