The interview process went by super fast, with assessments and interviews all completed within a few days. It felt pretty chill, but they seemed really eager to get someone hired quickly. In the end, I ended up pursuing a different opportunity.

The Branch Manager called me then we had an in-person interview. The second interview was with the AVP. Both interviews were pretty chill and conversational. The manager told me a lot about the job and company. I thought I did well, but they ghosted me after the second interview even though they said they'd let me know within a week. Seriously, do better.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process involved a phone screen, an online test, and an in-person meeting with the branch manager and/or assistant vice president (micro-manager). They frequently bring up the topic of "stress" because the sales system, which tracks loan numbers and product sales, and the collection system both operate under a ticking clock, end-of-month deadline mentality. This environment is often more about pressure than reward, with little time to enjoy successes.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process here is pretty involved. You'll start by talking with an AVP or District Manager, then move on to a VP, and finally, you'll meet with a SVP. Lendmark is really careful about who they hire because they're growing fast and their culture is super important.
