The process was smooth and easy, and the people I talked to were nice. I'm excited to start working with them. They were really responsive on Indeed, which is where I found the job. The whole process was also quick.

The interview process included some initial questions about my sales and plumbing background. Then, we had longer discussions about the company's operations and how it generates profit. The interview concluded with me asking questions, all of which were thoroughly addressed.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a thorough and professional interview process. First, there were two phone screens with HR. Then, I had five in-person interviews with HR, the Director of Finance, the GM, and the CEO. They gave me a really clear rundown of the company's history and future goals. They also talked about how important the Controller job is, the structure of the finance team, and its overall value to the company.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had a 45-minute phone interview, and then two days later, I got an in-person interview that lasted an hour. After that, I didn't hear back from Len The Plumber for 4 and a half months. By then, I had already taken another job. They did contact me later, but it was a really frustrating process because they didn't give me all the information upfront. There were always new requirements or hurdles, like an assessment and an IQ test that weren't mentioned initially. When I brought this up, I was met with some dishonesty. Then there was a background and drug test, which is normal for hourly roles, but the testing facility is only open during business hours, meaning I'd have to take time off work. There was also other unprofessional behavior that I haven't encountered in previous interviews. Ultimately, this experience led me to decide that LTP isn't the right fit for me.
