So, the interview process had three parts. First, I talked to someone from HR, I think it was the Director of People. Then, there was this test where they give you a creative brief and you have to put the whole project together from scratch to show how you handle projects. It's not super hard, but honestly, don't go overboard on this 'sample project' because it's probably not how they actually do things if you get the job. The last part was an on-site interview, and man, it was probably the worst on-site I've ever had. Five higher-ups were in the room, all interrupting each other to ask questions. One guy kept asking stuff that was already covered, like he wasn't even listening. One of the owners showed up late, didn't say hi or anything, just sat there and then left before I could ask questions. And get this, one guy had this tiny dog on his lap, felt like I was being interviewed by Dr. Evil! He was so rude I almost walked out, but I needed the job, so I just powered through even though it felt wrong. The questions themselves were pretty standard, nothing too weird.

The interview process was friendly. They were mainly interested in my experience dealing with difficult clients versus producing skills. The only issue is that after the 2nd interview, I haven't heard back about the next step or even if the position closed.

Applied through LinkedIn and got a quick reply to set up a phone interview. Passed that, then had to follow up after a day of silence to schedule the second interview. They asked about my salary expectations ($65k-$70k) and said it was fine. Second interview went well, but again I had to reach out via email to schedule the in-person interview. Finally completed the third in-person interview and passed. They were supposed to reach out about compensation again, but instead, I just got an offer letter for $50k salary. No call, no negotiation, no follow-up. It was very unprofessional, I'm ignoring them for now. Avoid this company for the time being!

I liked their interview process, had a phone interview and had a Very good interview progress. They were very good communicating, and they were very prompt responding. My contact got back to me within a day. So the whole process was painless, it took less than a week to know if I was moving forward to the next step.
